In sports massage I work all the main muscle groups, focusing on those that the patient tells me is demanding more at that moment.

I perform pressures, stretches, kneading. Relaxing the muscles. I usually put my fingers between them to take them off and oxygenate them. I work with my fingers, palms, forearms, elbows…

This massage is mostly taken by people who do sports and/or train frequently.

They usually require it prior to a demanding activity or competition. Or also after it. And on many occasions before and after the physical demand. Which is recommended.

As in the therapeutic decontracting massage, it relieves muscle tension and activates blood circulation while helping to eliminate toxins.

It is very important for the muscles in general and for the body itself since it provides several benefits.
